The Phoenix real estate market is ever-changing, and I do my best to stay on top of all of the latest trends and data. People always ask if it is the right time to buy a home, but the answer is that you'll never be able to time the market ideally and you have to make decisions that fit your specific situation. While prices may have a bit further to drop, it may still make sense to buy because of low interest rates (which can only go up from here) and because owning is (usually) cheaper than renting. Putting a "for sale" sign up in front of your home means nothing without the right strategy for selling it. I will do so much more than simply listing your home. You can count on me to help you sell your home for fair market value in a timely manner.

HONESTY
It doesn't do either of us any good for me to list your home for more than it's worth. I refuse to over-value your home in order to get your listing, as it isn't worth my time or my reputation, and the last thing I want to do is waste your time with empty promises. I will show you what has sold recently, what's currently on the market, and even take you to see some of the competition. Because buyers have many options, you have to understand how your home compares to the rest of the market before you can price it appropriately.

NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION

Buying a new home is fun and exciting! While it might be easy to buy a new home by yourself without using a real estate agent, it is not the best idea to go it alone.

QUICK FACTS:
1. The builders will charge the same amount whether you use a REALTOR or not! Builders want to protect the value of the homes they are selling, so they cannot justify selling two identical houses at different prices based on how the homes were sold. Since it doesn't cost anything why not let a real estate professional help you at no cost to you?
